Sports & Fitness

Our Sports & Fitness classes are focused on the development of physical qualities such as strength, balance, flexibility and total body coordination. Children also learn about health, safety and nutrition through fun games, sports and coordination activities.


Our Soccer classes are focused on the development of soccer skills- dribbling, passing, controlling the ball, offense and defense skills.

Our weekly classes combine individual and group activities to help develop soccer skills in a non-competitive environment. Our program is designed to encourage children to do their personal best and stay active and involved throughout the entire class.


Our Ballet, Tap and Hip Hop classes give children an age-appropriate introduction to dance. Children learn the fundamentals of each type of dance while having some serious fun!
